Developed by EHL faculty, in line with the Swiss competency framework, this course is training hospitality workers in recognizing, evaluating and controlling health hazards in the working environment with the objective of protecting worker health and safeguarding guests and protecting establishment reputation.
In this course, learners will learn aspects of hygiene, from uniform discipline to the general safety standards such as HACCP. It is adapted to the new challenges based on the impacts of COVID-19 and other viruses/diseases, providing clients and operators with a trustworthy solution to navigate this new environment.
The course is set up for self-learning by employees and offers a personalized statement of completion issued by EHL upon successful completion. It can be conducted online on any device, at the learners place.
